Mèhêj-revè Fêqê (/fiˈtëvɪ/ /ˈrevè/ [dirty] [complex]) is a subtropical Town located in the Jithêmênë Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Mèhêj-revè Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Mèhêj-revè Fêqê was founded by Bē̄ń̄sh Mp̪v 'Guild Calvin' Rërméch Vúnḱ Nīkida̋s Trgfëmthê, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Overview

Mèhêj-revè Fêqê was founded durring the late 13th century in spring of the year 1176, by Bē̄ń̄sh Mp̪v 'Guild Calvin' Rërméch Vúnḱ Nīkida̋s Trgfëmthê. The establishment of Mèhêj-revè Fêqê was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Bē̄ń̄sh Mp̪v 'Guild Calvin' Rërméch Vúnḱ Nīkida̋s Trgfëmthê electing to pay people to resettle in Mèhêj-revè Fêqê.

Mèhêj-revè Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Mèhêj-revè Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Mèhêj-revè Fêqê is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of narrow flagstone streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town has a fortified albit thin brick wall. The wall has most of the feeatures of a typical castle wall, just on a much smaller scale and and budget. Notably brick isn't a particuarly soild choice for resisting siege weapons. Mèhêj-revè Fêqê's wall wouldn't hinder a proper army, but it is more than sufishent for bandits and other small marauding groups. Unfortuantly, these monster and outlaw focused fortifications are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.

The locals seem to be very much into scholastic pursuits, based on the hushed, murmured conversations you hear at least. Everyone in Mèhêj-revè Fêqê acts like they have discovered something wondrous, and are worried they will endure some horrible fate so another can take what they’ve discovered for themselves.

Mèhêj-revè Fêqê is home to a distinct subculture, who are either the majority here or have the dominant positions in the community. Architecture, local laws, and social customs are all tuned to suit them, and they may not be particularly forgiving or friendly to the major culture of the region.
